Returns & Refunds Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unworn item in its original packaging for an exchange or a refund within 30 days of receiving your package and under the conditions below:
- All goods being returned must be sealed in their original boxes or packaging, and then safely packaged. You are responsible for the return of the items, and any damage caused to them whilst in transit back to us may affect your chances of a full refund.
- In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may decline to accept it and may send it back to you.
- Marked, scuffed or dirty shoes and/or items displaying obvious evidence of wear will be returned to the customer.
- In the interest of hygiene, tights and underwear are non-returnable or exchangeable unless faulty.
- Transport costs for the replacement or return of purchased goods will be at the expense of the customer. Exceptions to this will be the cases in which the goods are either defective or do not correspond to the ordered items.
- In the case of orders benefitting free delivery, if the value of the goods that you decide to keep falls under the order total necessary to be awarded free delivery, from the refund amount we will withhold the cost of the initial shipping.
